Mr. Sanjay Padode was appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a term of 5 (five) years w.e.f. 30th August, 2019. Mr. Sanjay Padode is a 1989 pass out from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, with Honors in M. Sc. (Math) and B. E. (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) has been an entrepreneur from day he completed his graduation. He founded Dataline and Research Technologies Ltd (DART) to launch a nationwide online service with a gateway to Internet viz. India Online in 1993. This service was locally accessible in more than 30 towns and cities of the country. The company also launched DART Mail, India’s first secure and corporate email service. Due to the changing license regime, this company pivoted its business model to become a provider of real time market data and financial trading systems under the name of Asian CERC Information Technology Limited.

Mr. Pranav Padode is appointed CEO and whole-time director of the company for a term of 3 years w.e.f. 5th December, 2020.He did his undergraduate in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and graduated in 2019. During the course of his undergraduate degree, Pranav worked at multiple companies like PayPal, YotaScale, TeamIndus and the Stanford Solar Car Project. Some of his notable work includes being a part of building the world’s first privately-funded moon mission as part TeamIndus and building a fraud detection system for PayPal to detect suspicious purchases. Prior to stepping up as the role of DSJ Keep Learning’s CEO, he was part of entrepreneur first: an incubator for young age start-ups based in the UK.

Mr. Anurup Doshi was appointed Chief Operating Officer and whole-time director of the company for a term of 3 years w.e.f. 12th August, 2023. Mr. Anurup Doshi was a Consultant at Dalberg Advisors, a strategy consulting firm focused on social impact issues. At Dalberg, his projects have spanned sectors such as education, youth employment, public health, financial services, and agriculture. Mr. Anurup Doshi has worked with a range of stakeholders in the social impact space in India (and more generally in Asia) including philanthropies, non-profits, foundations, start-ups, govt. ministries, and impact investors. Prior to Dalberg, Mr. Anurup Doshi worked at Zendrive, a mobility safety-focused start-up. Anurup graduated from BITS Pilani in 2019, with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Mrs. Kalpana Padode was appointed as an Additional (Non-Executive and Non – Independent) Director of the Company w.e.f. 13th March, 2021. Mrs. Kalpana Padode, who is successfully running her food business, comes from a sound educational background. She has done her Masters in English literature. She has done Diploma in Women Entrepreneurship from IIM Bangalore. She is the Secretary of Centre for Developmental Education and the Member of the Governing Body of Vijaybhoomi University. She has written article on Women Empowerment. She is heading Kanyathon, an initiative to educate girl child in association with CRY. She is very active in social causes like Swachh Bharat and generated funds to build 2 bathrooms for girls in Govt School Jamrung. She believes in enablement of education for upliftment of society.

Mr. Atish Kumar Chattopadhyay was appointed as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Company w.e.f. 02nd February, 2022 for a period of 5 (Five) consecutive years. He is the recipient of the first Y K Bhushan Memorial Award for his ‘outstanding contribution to management education’ instituted by Higher Education Foundation of India. He led the rechristening of IFIM Business School as JAGSoM and the institute emerged as one of the top B-Schools from India with an international profile – Being the 6th School to be accredited by AACSB and ranked in the QS World University Rankings for the Masters in Marketing, Masters in Analytics and Finance Masters Programs. JAGSoM made its debut in Indian rankings being ranked amongst the top 30 B-Schools in India (Business Today-MDRA 2021).

Prof. Prashant Goyal is a Private Equity professional. He is also Director Strategic Initiatives at Centre for Developmental Education and a Faculty at Jagdish Sheth School of Management with an industry and teaching experience of over 34 years.

He has been a successful business leader. He is credited with setting up and growing a manufacturing enterprise as its CEO/ MD. He was instrumental in setting up a Private Equity Fund and is currently part of its management team. He brings with him very strong business & financial analysis skills. His excellent man management skills create an enduring impact on all the projects he leads.

Prof. Prashant has been an Adjunct/ Visiting faculty to many tier-1 business schools. His core area of interest is ‘Corporate Valuation’, ‘Entrepreneurial Finance’ and ‘Valuation of Start-ups’. He regularly takes sessions at CXO workshops

He is a mentor for start-ups at NSRCEL (IIM-Bangalore).

Responsible for driving a mission aligned, strategic plan of the institute through best-in-class academic delivery, currency of the curriculum and innovative pedagogy. Focussed approach on learner success and making an impact on business and society form key deliverables.

A faculty member in the marketing area, handling courses in customer acquisition and sales & distribution.

Prior to academic role, worked as a senior business development professional with over twenty-nine years in the industry. Have experience in FMCG, apparel, fashion and telecom companies. Have handled regional and national level roles and have been responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability goals and have subject expertise in retail operations, customer service and FMCG distribution.

She is a gold medallist and holds a Ph.D. from Osmania University.  She teaches courses in the area of Accounting and Finance.

Sridevi Putcha was engaged in a faculty-led research project with CFA India on “A Study on Total Expense Ratios of Mutual Funds in India,” a report submitted and presented to SEBI. She is associated with leading organizations as a corporate trainer and Subject Matter Expert.
